Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
Not at this time. As a small, home-based practice, we don’t currently offer direct billing. You’ll pay at time of service and we’ll provide a receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Is acupuncture covered by my insurance?
Many insurance plans don’t list “acupuncture” as its own benefit category. When acupuncture is performed by a chiropractor, as it is here, claims are often processed under your chiropractic care benefit rather than a separate acupuncture benefit. Before booking, check with your provider to confirm whether you have chiropractic coverage and how it applies to acupuncture treatment.

Do you use electrical stimulation with acupuncture?
Yes. Dr. Jen has a stim machine on hand and can add electrical stimulation to your treatment if it’s needed to help activate muscles and reduce pain more effectively.
